Bird watching program was arranged for the students of Dr. Dada Vaidya College Of Education by Dr. Anna Neena George. The location of bird watching was Carambolim lake. Students boarded the bus at 2.30 pm and reach the location by 3.00 pm.
All the students gathered at the lake and were introduced to Mr. Omkar Dharwadkar and Ms. Mrunmayee Thakur from Goa Bird Conservation Network. He first gave introduction to birding, the purpose of bird watching and why birds migrate to different places. They also provided us with binoculars.
